Yet another winter storm is on the way. This one could bring significant flooding Wednesday, March 6th and Thursday, March 7th.
The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Watch for all of Long Beach Island in effect from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.
The National Weather Service predicts the high tides to be seven feet above mean lower low water for both Atlantic City and Seaside Heights (they do not forecast specifically for LBI).

HIGHEST EVER RECORDED – December 11, 1992 – 13.94 feet
SUPERSTORM SANDY – October 29, 2012 – 13.72 feet
1962 ‘NOR EASTER – March 6, 1962 – 13.40 feet
HIGHEST POST-SANDY – December 21, 2012 – 11.58 feet.
